Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service to support our growing business. This person would be responsible for answering emails and calls related to customer and sales representative request, picking sample memos, sourcing alternate fabric options, shipping samples, updating the ERP system. And working with the sample manager to assist in coordinating new fabric launches. The candidate must be very detail oriented, organized, able to multi-task, time management, strong communication skills and collaborate with other team members.
Job Description
  • - Pick / Process sample orders
  • - Answer emails
  • - Update CRM / Generate sample reports for sales team
  • - Process Shipping Labels
  • - Communicate with Customer Service and Sales teams
  • - Label Printing processes for memo samples
  • - Organize sampling process
Qualifications
  • - A candidate with the willingness to learn over time
  • - Interest in Customer Service
  • - Must be detail oriented, highly organized, and proactive.
  • - Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook...)
  • - Experience with Sales Force not required but a plus.
  • - Team player willing to jump in and help.
What's On Offer
  • - Salary 45-47k
  • 1) New employee will be eligible for Medical Benefit program after 90-day probation period.
  • Employee single person contribution will be $25/week (subject to change year to year).

  • 3) Bonuses are offered based on the performance of employee and the company.
