Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales and Sourcing efforts through pricing coordination, sample management, and specification gathering
  • Engage in proactive and reactive product sourcing, supplier outreach, and portfolio development efforts
  • Support commercial coordinating supplier opportunities, customer requests, and internal follow-through
  • Maintain continuity across dashboards, workflow trackers, supplier files, and departmental management tools
  • Support standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across departmental processes, documentation, and workflow management
  • Facilitate organization and maintenance of supplier materials, product information, portfolio records, samples, and supporting documentation
  • Coordinate supplier communication, follow-up activities, and cross-functional visibility across active initiatives
  • Assist in managing executional priorities across concurrent projects while maintaining responsiveness and organizational alignment

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, with experience collaborating with external partners
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Knowledge of the culinary industry is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Education & Experience:

  • Degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field preferred
