What You'll DoAs a
Quality Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting ENTEK's quality assurance processes by testing production samples, verifying raw materials, and communicating results to production teams. You'll help ensure our products consistently meet customer requirements while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient laboratory environment.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct physical testing of finished products against manufacturing specifications to determine product dispositionย
- Perform testing on raw materials to verify compliance with supplier specificationsย
- Communicate test results to production operators, leads, supervisors, and management personnelย
- Verify that laboratory testing equipment is operating properly and producing accurate resultsย
- Follow customer specification sheets, standard work instructions, and established laboratory proceduresย
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness and organization in accordance with 5S principlesย
- Understand and comply with Quality System Procedures (QSPs), Work Instructions (WIs), Training Manuals, and Quality Bulletinsย
- Accurately complete required testing records and documentationย
- Share process information and testing observations with team membersย
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend opportunities to improve laboratory procedures, workflow, and product qualityย
- Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and programsย
- Demonstrate accountability and professionalism while working with employees across the organization
Requirements
What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a dependable and analytical individual who enjoys hands-on testing, problem-solving, and contributing to a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GEDย
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents, procedures, and specificationsย
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and divisionย
- Ability to collect data, establish facts, analyze information, and develop reasonable solutionsย
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsย
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken Englishย
- Ability to accurately complete required documentationย
- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamย
Preferred Qualifications
- One (1) to two (2) years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environmentย
- Experience working in a laboratory settingย
- Familiarity with chemicals and laboratory safety proceduresย
- Experience solving practical problems and troubleshooting issuesย
- Knowledge of quality systems and testing methodologiesย
Your Work Schedule
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Employees may be required to work 12-hour shifts and spend the majority of their shift on their feet while supporting laboratory and production testing activities.
