Job description

Position Overview

The Product Operations, Sample Coordinator plays a meaningful role in our creative and go-to-market processes. You will help bring our brand to life by owning the ordering and delivery of new and existing product samples used in creative production and consumer and trade marketing. Our ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, demonstrate great attention to detail, and be able to flourish in a fast-paced environment.

This is a 6 month temporary assignment. This is a hybrid in-office role so you must be in the Seattle area to be considered.

What You'll Do
  • Be responsible for the sample ordering process for marketing, creative, and regional partners.
  • Communicate with Supply Chain and Logistics teams regarding warehoused inventory availability.
  • Work closely with domestic and international product warehouses to coordinate and track product orders.
  • Handle and track many, concurrent open sample orders with great attention to detail.
  • Understand sample fidelity to ensure appropriate usage of product at various stages of production.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Smartsheet experience is a plus.
