Job description

POSITION TITLE: Sample Coordinator POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the overall management of the omni assortment samples for all departments within the Men's & Women's Bottoms division. Assist in hitting sample deadlines in order to adhere to the photo studio schedule. Support Manager in working closely with Functional Leads across Omni Merchandising, Business Strategies and Marketing to enable successful execution. ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Develop basic understanding of nuances across the Brand to assist manager w/ properly coordinated sample deadlines in order to support evolving Business needs.
  • Track sample completion for all departments within the Men's & Women's Bottoms areas.
  • Consistently communicates updates and/or business related issues to Manager and merchants in a timely manner.
  • Assist teams in communicating impact when sample deadlines are not met.
  • Recap each team on the status of the sample check-in process. Responsible for giving clear information on what has been sent to the studio and when as well as giving clear recaps on what samples are still missing.
  • Assist merchant team in ad hoc organizational tasks (i.e. preparing business recaps, pulling shipping reports, and help lean in with business strategy to-dos when needed)
