Key Responsibilities
  • Consolidate monthly HSE reports across the EOMC BU
  • Prepare and distribute reports and presentations
  • Consolidate cross-functional reporting (Societal, Environmental, CR404, etc.)
  • Collect, validate, and anticipate inputs from subsidiaries
  • Support subsidiaries in structuring and presenting data
  • Provide ad hoc reporting to headquarters
  • Cascade directives, alerts, and regulatory updates
  • Support implementation of Group HSE standards
  • Contribute to emergency preparedness and crisis response
  • Support societal initiatives
  • Participate in HSE trainings and events
  • Coordinate contractor inspections
  • Contribute to Carribean and Outre-Mer Head Office HSE programs
