Job Description
This position on our team is responsible for support to the PM cooking line and FOH personal needs. Cleaning and maintaining various areas of the restaurant, maintaining the organization and cleanliness of restaurant service ware, china, cooking vessels and cutlery.
A role with the nighttime kitchen line staff is an incredibly energizing experience filled with opportunities to make a real difference in the experience that our guests receive in their time dining with us. We celebrate the opportunity to work together as a team to accomplish the common goal of supporting the needs of one another,and an investment in the skills necessary to take service cooking to a level higher than previously experienced in other establishments.
