Job description

Do people describe you as the one who keeps everything organized while still making everyone feel taken care of? We're hiring a Guest Experience Coordinator to be the first face our clients see and the steady hand that keeps daily operations on track.
You'll thrive here if you like being on your feet, juggling multiple things at once, and genuinely enjoy taking care of people.
This is an established, busy salon with a loyal clientele, a membership program, and reliable systems already in place — you won't be building this from scratch, just stepping into a well-run operation.
Availability Needed

  • Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • Shifts available: 8:30am–2:30pm or 2:00pm–8:00pm
  • Approximately 20 hours per week
  • We're looking for someone with a flexible schedule who can also help cover occasional call-outs/shift gaps as needed
Day-to-Day

  • Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out
  • Handle scheduling and phone inquiries
  • Help guests choose and book services
  • Offer retail
  • Check in on guests mid-service for comfort
  • Laundry
  • Sanitizing tools and pedicure bowls
  • Sweeping and mopping between services
  • General studio organization
