Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily salon operations. 
  • Support, coach, and develop team members. 
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience. 
  • Help grow memberships and guest loyalty. 
  • Assist with scheduling and salon organization. 
  • Maintain a positive and professional team environment. 
  • Help the salon meet performance goals.
