Job Description:  

  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce integrations using REST SOAP Streaming APIs and event driven architectures. 

  • Architect and optimize Salesforce data models to support business processes and ensure data integrity. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce technical solutions. 

  • Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce platform architecture including security models and governor limits. 

  • Stay updated with Salesforce platform enhancements and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement. 

  • Mentor and coach teams on best practices in Salesforce integration and data architecture. 

  • Drive adoption of DevOps practices including continuous integration and deployment pipelines. 

  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance for Salesforce implementations. 
      
    Roles and Responsibilities: 
     

  • Design develop test and deploy custom Salesforce applications focusing on integration and data architecture. 

  • Build and maintain seamless integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. 

  • Analyze and optimize complex business processes to support Salesforce architecture and data flows. 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues related to Salesforce integrations and data management. 

  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including integration specifications and data architecture diagrams. 

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including Salesforce administrators’ business analysts and QA throughout the software development lifecycle. 

  • Lead agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning effort estimation and delivery. 

  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
