Job Summary (List Format): Salesforce Technical Architect
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable enterprise Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional analysts, product leaders, developers, administrators, data specialists, and distributed delivery teams.
- Own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture, including platform design, integration strategy, security, data architecture, and technical governance.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure Salesforce solution architectures.
- Design and implement solutions using Service Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and other Salesforce capabilities.
- Support solutions involving Sales Cloud and Energy and Utilities Cloud as needed.
- Define Salesforce data models, security architecture, sharing models, integration patterns, and automation strategies.
- Provide direction on implementation to ensure alignment with business objectives and platform best practices.
- Navigate ambiguity, understand business context, and balance immediate delivery needs with long-term platform health.
- Required: Minimum of 8 years’ experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce solutions.
- Proven experience in roles such as Salesforce Technical Architect, Senior Salesforce Architect, Solution Architect, or Lead Salesforce Developer on complex enterprise programs.
