Job Title: Salesforce Developer (Agentforce & Health Cloud)

Location: Hartford, CT (Onsite/Hybrid) (C2H)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and Agentforce to design, develop, and implement innovative healthcare CRM and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable Salesforce applications, integrating healthcare systems, and leveraging Agentforce capabilities to automate workflows and enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Health Cloud to support healthcare business processes and member/provider engagement.
  • Develop and implement Agentforce solutions, including AI-powered agents, workflows, and automation capabilities.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external healthcare applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Develop custom Lightning components, flows, triggers, and process automations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Ensure application performance, security, and compliance with Salesforce best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
  • Support Agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with:
    • Salesforce Health Cloud
    • Agentforce
    • Apex
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Salesforce Flows
    • SOQL/SOSL
  • Experience developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security models, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
  • Experience with S0alesforce integration patterns and middleware solutions.
  • Strong understanding of CRM application design and development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with healthcare payer, provider, or health insurance organizations.
  • Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or healthcare interoperability standards.
  • Experience with Einstein AI, Generative AI, or Agentic AI capabilities within Salesforce.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
  • Health Cloud Accredited Professional certification.
