Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Team Lead with over 10+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience.

The ideal candidate will lead development efforts and work extensively on Apex coding, with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, and Lightning components.
  • Work extensively with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud features and integrations.
  • Handle complex integrations using Salesforce API (Version 59), including REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure best practices, code quality, performance optimization, and security standards.
  • Support deployment activities and production issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning (LWC/Aura)
  • Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
  • Solid hands‑on experience with Salesforce integrations using API version 59
  • Experience with third‑party system integrations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
