  • Excellent communications skills to be able to coordinate activities of multiple teams.
  • Experience in JavaScript / HTML.
  • Experience in REST/SOAP web services.
  • Experience in using SOAPUI, Postman.
  • Experience in database administration / excellent SQL.
  • Knowledge of SOA design principles and best practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for administration and support of applications build on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Responsible for day to day operation support of email functionality, including:
  • Configuration and environments support for various lines of business.
  • Email archiving.
  • User role configuration.
  • Risk management.
  • Integration management / alerts monitoring.
  • Email stats reporting for the business.
  • Web certificate renewals.
