Job Summary:
Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, and they are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with deep expertise in Service Cloud capabilities. The role involves leading the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving technical excellence across Salesforce initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Own the Salesforce architecture, including data model, security, environment strategy, DevOps, integrations, analytics, and roadmap updates.
• Lead and participate in Salesforce and Technology governance groups, providing thought leadership in solution design, technical design, and quality assurance.
• Drive high-level technical design for all Salesforce changes and enhancements, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and standards.
• Produce high-quality documentation and oversee low-level technical design deliverables.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performing solutions in Salesforce, evaluating when third-party solutions may be more appropriate.
• Create High-Level Designs (HLD) and documentation based on business requirements for Service and Support, including potential integration with Revenue Cloud and handling export control data.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce implementation experience as a Solution Architect.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and related capabilities.
