Job description

Role: Salesforce Developer

Location: Baltimore, Maryland

 

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform (Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components).

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and coding standards.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

• Support data modeling, integrations, and migrations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues in a timely manner.

• Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements.

• Maintain clear documentation of solutions and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

• 2–4 years of Salesforce development experience.

• Proficiency in Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.

• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations (APIs, Data Loader).

• Understanding of Salesforce security (roles, profiles, permission sets).

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred

• Salesforce Developer I and Administrator certifications (required).
