Job Summary:
Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will drive customer engagement, optimize journeys, and implement data-driven marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Drive customer engagement, journey optimization, and data-driven marketing initiatives.
• Combine business analysis, solution design, and technical implementation skills to deliver scalable omnichannel customer experiences.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of Salesforce experience with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proven experience in a Techno-Functional Consultant role, managing both business and technical requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Journey Builder.
• Hands-on experience with Automation Studio.
• Hands-on experience with Email Studio.
• Hands-on experience with Audience Segmentation & Personalization.
• Strong understanding of Customer Lifecycle Management.
• Strong understanding of Omnichannel Marketing Strategies.
• Strong understanding of Customer Journey Mapping.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, and customer data modeling.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, Design of Experiments (DOE), and campaign performance measurement.
• Ability to convert business requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions.
