Job Summary:
Capio Group is a California-based Information Technology Consulting firm serving the public sector since 2010. They are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to provide ongoing maintenance, operational support, and updates for Salesforce systems, ensuring successful implementation and optimal performance. The role involves overseeing technical solution design, managing the Software Development Lifecycle, and maintaining integrations between Salesforce Orgs and external systems.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overseeing technical solution design, development leadership, integration strategy, and ensuring alignment with all tasks and deliverables at the Salesforce Org Level.
• Implement updates and provide ongoing maintenance, along with operational support that includes proactive system monitoring, performance tuning, user assistance, incident response within defined SLAs, regular health checks and documentation updates for existing applications and systems within each Salesforce Org.
• Implement system updates, including decisive bug fixes and performance optimizations to ensure continuous improvement.
• Lead and manage all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from comprehensive requirements gathering to deployment, rigorous testing, and post-deployment support.
• Maintain the integration processes between these Salesforce Orgs and external systems, guaranteeing seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Implement adaptive maintenance and apply security fixes to ensure ongoing compliance with the security standards outlined by the client.
• Ensure that all deliverables consistently meet agreed-upon standards and best practices, thereby optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Salesforce Orgs and their associated applications.
• Conduct thorough knowledge transfer activities for the client staff and its designees, ensuring that all the resources are fully trained and equipped with essential knowledge for operational success.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Within the last ten (10) years, must have four (4) years of FTE experience in a technical lead or architect role, directly responsible for the design, development, and implementation of integrated IT solutions with at least 5,000 users (internal and external users combined)
• Within the last ten (10) years, must have four (4) years of FTE experience in a technical lead or architect role, directly responsible for the design, development, and implementation of integrated IT solutions with at least 5 million data records
• Within the last ten (10) years, must have four (4) years of FTE experience in a technical lead or architect role, directly responsible for the design, development, and implementation of integrated IT solutions with multi-tier (n-tier) architecture
• Within the last ten (10) years, must have four (4) years of FTE experience in a technical lead or architect role, directly responsible for the design, development, and implementation of integrated IT solutions with high availability environments (e.g., clustering, load balancing)
• Within the last ten (10) years, must have at least three (3) years of experience leading a team of at least five (5) FTE resources.
• Within the last ten (10) years, must have at least three (3) years FTE experience as a Salesforce application developer implementing solutions, including three (3) or more of the following: Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL), RESTful API development and integration, Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. A copy of the degree must be provided upon request.
• If staff person does not have a bachelor's degree, four (4) additional years of mandatory experience from requirement #M3 above can be submitted in lieu of the bachelor's. A total of seven(7) years experience will be required in order to meet requirement #M3 and this requirement.
• Must be able to provide a client/user end reference contact information for each applicable project meeting the requirements upon request in the qualification form. In addition, you must be able to submit completed reference forms when requested. Each reference form must be signed by the referenced individual. The reference contact must be a representative of the company for which the project was developed and must have served in a management or supervisory role.
Preferred:
• Possession of a Master’s Degree. A copy of the degree must be provided upon request. The degree is required and cannot be substituted with the experience.
• Possession of Information Technology Infrastructure Library(ITIL) certification. A copy of the certification must be provided upon request.
• Possession of one (1) or more active technical certifications in the following. A copy of the certification must be provided upon request: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, Salesforce Data Architect, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Architect
