As a Salesforce Solution Architect on our team, you'll translate your customer's IT needs and future goals into a plan by designing scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. You'll lead architectural and technical strategy across CRM, cloud, and data systems to help transform the way organizations operate, including enterprise system integrations, cloud migrations, and modernizing legacy systems. By working closely with engineering, product, cybersecurity, and data teams, you will ensure seamless integration and delivery of impactful solutions while mentoring the next generation of innovators. You Have:
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise-level software architecture, delivery, or application modernization projects
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, configuration, and customization within complex enterprise environments
  • Knowledge of Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce platform development, including configuration versus custom code decisions, governance frameworks, data migration strategies, and integration patterns
  • Knowledge of MuleSoft integration strategies, API-led connectivity frameworks, and implementation of scalable and secure integration solutions
  • Ability to align business requirements with technical architecture, delivering solutions that meet scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability standards
  • Ability to provide technical leadership, including guiding development teams, conducting code reviews, and enforcing architectural standards
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Information Systems, or Software Engineering field
  • Salesforce Application Architect Certification

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure
  • Experience with Lambda, API Gateway, Azure Functions, or Logic Apps is a plus
  • Experience with DevOps practices, including building and managing CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, and optimizing delivery processes for cloud-based applications
  • Experience with data engineering and analytics platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake, focusing on building pipelines, performing ETL processes, and enabling enterprise-scale reporting
  • Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS)
  • Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable architectures for cloud applications
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Salesforce System Architect, Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Accredited Professional, Salesforce Omnistudio Developer, MuleSoft Platform Architect, or MuleSoft Integration Architect Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
