Job Description

As a Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst within our Global Sales Operations organization, you will serve as a consultative design expert and platform evaluator for our core ecosystem. This high-impact role focuses heavily on Salesforce solutioning and user acceptance testing (UAT) validation, maintaining an end-to-end understanding of how platform changes impact downstream systems like Salesforce CPQ and other integrated tools.

Partnering with Sales, Finance, IT, and Product, you will lead digital transformation initiatives, including enterprise integrations and scalable Salesforce solutions. By balancing business agility with technical stability, you will ensure all declarative designs are both holistic and sustainable.

Solution Design and Ecosystem Integration

  • Drive CRM data quality, governance, reporting, and analytics.

  • Translate business workflows into high-level system designs and object models within Sales Cloud

  • Design and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions using Flow, Reports, Dashboards, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and other declarative tools.

  • Partner with developers, architects, and administrators to deliver scalable solutions.

  • Support enterprise integrations with ERP, CPQ, Marketing Automation, Customer Support, and Data Warehouse platforms.

  • Evaluate emerging Salesforce capabilities, AI, and automation opportunities.

UAT Validation & Technical Governance

  • Validate system functionality through comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes to confirm business alignment

  • Deliver vetted functional blueprints to Execution Leads and IT teams to guide the development lifecycle

  • Oversee configuration stability to help to ensure technical execution matches high-level strategic objectives
