Job description

Position OverviewC&S Wholesale Grocers is seeking an experienced Business Analyst and Salesforce Advanced Administrator to join our IT Salesforce team. This role serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT solution teams, with responsibility for translating business needs into clear requirements, process improvements, and scalable technology solutions across Salesforce and other enterprise IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong general business analysis skills, advanced Salesforce administration experience, and a proven ability to support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud initiatives.Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Gather, document, and manage business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for Salesforce and other IT-enabled business initiatives.
  • Lead requirements workshops and facilitate stakeholder discussions.
  • Analyze business processes across Salesforce and related IT systems, identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and improved cross-functional workflows.
  • Evaluate business impacts, dependencies, and integration points across enterprise applications to ensure proposed solutions fit the broader IT landscape.
  • Administer Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud environments.
  • Manage users, profiles, permission sets, roles, and security settings.
  • Configure Salesforce using Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Lightning App Builder.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Create process documentation, training materials, and support governance activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis and technology solution delivery, including hands-on Salesforce administration and Salesforce project experience.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management, and business process analysis experience across IT systems and business functions.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, Reports, Dashboards, and security administration.

Required Certifications:
