Job Title: Salesforce Web Developer Location: Jacksonville, Florida Type: Contract To Hire Responsibilities

  • Develop Salesforce frontend solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce (VF)
  • Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable frontend components
  • Implement business and functional requirements into responsive user interfaces
  • Collaborate with frontend and backend developers, Salesforce Administrators, QA Engineers, and technical leadership
  • Participate in frontend solution discussions, requirements refinement, technical estimations, and implementation planning
  • Support frontend architecture and implementation decisions
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce Sites and Experience Cloud solutions
  • Support public-facing and authenticated experiences, community configuration and customization, and site-specific frontend functionality and integrations
  • Translate Figma designs into production-ready frontend implementations
  • Develop responsive web browser interfaces optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
  • Focus on UX optimization, accessibility and ADA/WCAG compliance, and consistent and intuitive UI behavior
  • Support legacy browsers when required by business needs
  • Optimize frontend solutions for Salesforce platform limitations and best practices
  • Improve component rendering and lifecycle handling, frontend architecture, and web responsiveness and performance
  • Refactor and maintain legacy frontend code and support ongoing development efforts
  • Maintain and improve frontend codebase
  • Ensure frontend code is clean, reusable, maintainable, and extensible
  • Participate in code review, refactoring initiatives, and technical improvement efforts
  • Follow Git and version control best practices
  • Integrate frontend solutions with Apex backend services, Salesforce platform API, external REST API, and Google Analytics
  • Maintain Postman collection, and API documentation and request examples
  • Perform sprint item and frontend functionality testing
  • Support QA Engineers by explaining frontend functionality and workflow, assisting with troubleshooting, helping validate test scripts and scenarios, and ensuring stable behaviors across browsers and environments
  • Use Git for version control, branch management, and code synchronization
  • Support deployment preparation and releases activities across environments
  • Follow Salesforce and frontend development best practices and ensure solutions are scalable, accessible, performant, and extensible
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform and Experience Cloud updates, new LWC capabilities and frontend technologies, and modern UX/accessibility/responsive design standards
  • Contribute to improving code quality, team standards, development efficiency, and user experience consistency
