Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skill
• Skills in Project Execution, Scope management
• Ability to manage Jira Application for the relevant informative Dashboards, Reports, Dashboards and execution view control.
• Certification in Scrum / SAFe / CSM is a must.
• Minimum 7 Years of work experience as Scrum Master in executing multiple projects; in Agile delivery.
• Able to use Confluence and other similar tools
• Should have a competent spoken and written English ability.
• Should be proactive communicator and self motivated to drive the things for achieving results
• Excellent Email communication skills.
• Experience in Agile Process and Scrum Experience
• Should be able to mentor junior team members
Roles & Responsibilities
• To facilitate Agile processes for Salesforce DevOps team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects in Sales/Service Cloud and SF Energy Utilities Cloud implementations.
• SM should be able to drive the Scrum Ceremonies and help team to execute.
• Contribute and ensure team understands the business requirements, have the refinement session and solutions plotted for the Epics and Features to get the well refined stories.
• To ensure the Dev Team understands the complete story and requirement. To get teams follow for stories as per DoR and DoD.
• To take servant leadership role and contribute in Impediment removal. Help team in eliminating the blockers which hinder teams progress.
• Handle the Backlog Management and partner with PO to maintain priority defined Product Backlog and Sprint Backlog.
• Step in for Technical Coordination where needed and bridge gaps between Developers, Admins and Business Analysts to support the Salesforce Projects release management, UATs, Deployments.
• Monitor the metrices well organized and detailed. Follow Agile best practices and improve team productivity metrices of Velocity, throughput, Say-Do ratio, Burn-Down.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that key business questions and problems are well defined and understood by team.
• Should have a knowledge in Salesforce Industries i.e., OmniStudio and all components like OmniScripts, Integration Procedure, Flex Cards, Data Mappers.
• Can have exposure or knowledge of the Energy and Utility Industry.
• Should be able to drive the discussion with business/client stakeholders
• Good to have experience or knowledge in Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, Flows.
• Identify actionable insights and suggest recommendations to infl uence the direction of the business and cross-functional teams on SFDC.
Salary Range: $120,000-$130,000 a year
