Position: Salesforce Developers (2 openings)

Terms: 6 month contract to hire 

Pay Rate: $60-$65/hr MAX (possible flexibility - will find out this AM)

Salary Conversion: $115,000/yearly

Start Date: Public Trust Clearance needed - if anyone has an Active Clearance already, that's a huge bonus! (They can start earlier with a waiver)

Interview Process: Phone a Face to face a Offer

Background Check: Public Trust Clearance


5-8 years of related software development experience. (Not specifically Salesforce... can have only a couple years of Salesforce to be considered)


Required Skills:

1. Maintain and customize Salesforce and Service Cloud applications to support business requirements. 

2. Strong understanding of Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce. (SOQL means Salesforce Objective Query Language)

3. Understanding of SOAP, REST, and the SFDC APIs.

4. Experience using JavaScript, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS. 

5. Experience using client-based SFDC tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, and the Force.com ID. 

6. Knowledge and development experience in Communities.

7. Knowledge of and experience in building application with shopping carts. 

8. Triggers, workflow development. 

9. A thorough understanding of Agile development and delivery. 

10. Strong analysis and communication skills

Desired Skills:

1. Preferably with certifications including ADM201, ADM301 or DEV401.

2. Agile/SCRUM certification.

3. Continual integrated testing experience
