We are seeking an experienced Platform Owner based out of our New York office to take ownership of our global Salesforce program. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for driving delivery across a complex, multi‑system wealth management environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Global Wealth Management Technology and partner with our implementation vendor (AlphaFMC) to lead all aspects of delivery, spanning solution design, development oversight, integration, testing, deployment, and business readiness.

This role requires a strong combination of technical depth, program leadership experience, and domain expertise in wealth management. The individual must be comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands‑on level, ensuring that the Salesforce platform is delivered in a scalable, integrated, and production‑ready manner.

• Take full ownership of the Salesforce program, leading delivery across all workstreams (CRM, integrations, data, and releases)
• Act as the primary point of contact for AlphaFMC, ensuring effective vendor management, accountability, and alignment on delivery milestones
• Drive end‑to‑end execution across the delivery lifecycle, including design, build, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live stabilization
• Ensure delivery remains aligned to business priorities, timelines, and quality expectations
• Provide hands‑on technical leadership across Salesforce development, configuration, and integration activities
• Oversee solution design and architecture decisions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and long‑term scalability
• Guide development teams (onshore/offshore) on best practices across Apex, LWC, integrations, and data modelling
• Ensure robust implementation of CI/CD, environment strategy, and release management practices
• Own delivery and coordination of integrations between Salesforce and core systems, particularly Addepar and external data platforms
• Ensure data models, data flows, and integrations are designed and implemented with strong governance, quality, and scalability
• Oversee data migration activities, including validation, reconciliation, and production readiness
• Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered effectively
• Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts to translate requirements into executable delivery plans
• Manage senior stakeholder expectations, providing clear and transparent updates on progress, risks, and dependencies
• Hold delivery partners accountable for quality, timelines, and outcomes
• Establish and enforce program governance, including sprint cadence, release planning, and design reviews
• Proactively identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies
• Ensure robust testing processes (SIT, UAT) and production readiness prior to deployment
• Maintain high standards of documentation across architecture, delivery plans, and key decisions

• 10 + years of experience delivering large-scale technology programs within financial services
• Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations end‑to‑end, ideally within wealth or asset management
• Strong technical background, with hands‑on familiarity across Apex development, integrations, and Salesforce architecture
• Demonstrated experience managing third‑party delivery partners (e.g. system integrators) in complex programs
• Deep understanding of wealth management workflows, data structures, and platform ecosystems
• Experience integrating Salesforce with portfolio accounting platforms (e.g. Addepar) strongly preferred
• Strong experience with program governance, release management, and multi‑environment deployment strategies
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders across multiple regions
• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment with competing priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, and education. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus. The range for this role is $145,000 - $170,000
