About The Job You're Considering

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Salesforce Developer with 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and customizing Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce declarative tools. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, solution architects, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions that support business objectives.

Your Role
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce using Salesforce declarative tools, including:Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen Flows, Scheduled Flows, and Orchestration),Dynamic Forms,Dynamic Actions,Validation Rules,Approval Processes & Lightning App Builder.
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
  • Build and enhance Lightning Experience user interfaces and reusable Salesforce components.
  • Develop automations, integrations, and business process enhancements to improve efficiency and user productivity.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs, Platform Events, and standard integration patterns.
  • Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and deployment support for Salesforce applications.
  • Participate in data migration, data cleansing, data transformation, and data loading activities using Salesforce data management tools.
  • Create and maintain user stories, process flows, technical documentation, solution designs, training materials, and end-user guides.
  • Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and code reviews.
  • Support production issue resolution, ongoing application maintenance, and performance optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively with architects, business analysts, administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements and emerging technologies, including AI-powered Salesforce capabilities.
Your Skills and Experience
  • 1-3 years of hands-on Salesforce development and configuration experience.
  • Experience building custom Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning App Builder.
  • Experience implementing business process automation using Salesforce Flow.
  • Strong understanding of:Salesforce Flow (Record-Triggered Flows, Screen Flows, Scheduled Flows, and Orchestration) ,Salesforce Security Model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Role Hierarchy),Validation Rules,Approval Processes,Dynamic Forms and Dynamic Actions.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Data Loader and Data Import Wizard.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST APIs and Platform Events.
  • Understanding of Salesforce deployment and release management processes.
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $43,984 - $105,600
