Job description

Salesforce Engagement Lead.About Saasinct
Saasinct is a woman-owned business that embraces equality, diversity, inclusion, education, and access to career development. As an East Coast-based Salesforce implementation partner, we serve Financial Services organizations, including Capital Markets, Wealth & Asset Management, and Private Equity.
We empower these organizations to become more tech-savvy and strategically aligned through Salesforce. We provide our customers with a unique combination of consulting and education, illustrating what a fully integrated technology stack can look like with Salesforce at the center. We win when we earn the trust and ongoing partnership of our clients, and we do that by continually finding better ways to collaborate within the Financial Services ecosystem.
Role Overview
Saasinct is seeking a Salesforce Engagement Lead to own the success of client engagements across delivery, relationship, and outcomes.
This role is responsible for leading Salesforce implementations, guiding clients through complex decisions, and ensuring work is delivered with clarity, quality, and accountability.
You will operate in a growth-stage environment where structure is still evolving. We are looking for someone who brings organization, sound judgment, and a strong sense of ownership.
This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in how we deliver, partner with clients, and continue to scale. This role is best suited for someone who prefers ownership and impact over rigid structure and clearly defined lanes.
What You'll Be Doing
Engagement & Delivery
  • Own day-to-day delivery across Salesforce projects - tracking progress, managing tasks, and keeping teams aligned
  • Lead weekly client status calls, internal standups, and working sessions
  • Own project plans, timelines, and budget tracking
  • Manage scope changes, identify risks early, and adjust plans as needed
  • Ensure deliverables are clear, complete, and aligned to client expectations

Serve as the Client Lead
  • Act as the primary point of contact for your clients
  • Prepare for and lead client meetings with clear agendas and next steps
  • Translate business needs into actionable work for the team
  • Handle challenges directly - navigating misalignment, pushback, or changing priorities

Account Growth & Partnership
  • Stay close to client goals and identify where additional support may be needed
  • Partner internally to expand accounts based on outcomes and trust
  • Contribute to long-term client relationships, not just immediate delivery
What You Bring
  • 3-7+ years of Salesforce consulting experience
  • Experience working with Financial Services clients (Capital Markets, Wealth, or Private Equity)
  • Proven track record of project management and delivery discipline expertise
  • Clear, professional communication and client presence
  • Ability to operate without heavy structure and drive work forward

You are someone who:
  • Takes ownership and follows through
  • Communicates clearly and calmly
  • Enjoys working with small, collaborative teams
  • Looks for ways to improve how things are done
  • Has experience and interest in Financial Services organizations
Nice to Have
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Consultant)
  • Experience with Financial Services Cloud
  • Project management certifications
Grow With Us
  • Be part of a growing Salesforce partner where your work and ideas directly impact our trajectory
  • Help shape how we serve clients and show up in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Gain meaningful exposure to leadership and company strategy
  • Take real ownership in a collaborative, people-centered team
  • Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives
  • Health, dental, and vision coverage & 401(k) match
  • Salesforce certification support and professional development
Eligibility Requirements
  • Location: Remote (US)
  • Experience: Prior Salesforce ecosystem experience and Financial Services exposure (Capital Markets, Wealth & Asset Management, or Private Equity)
Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
