Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect End-to-End Salesforce Solutions: Design robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, and custom applications.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead the scoping, architecture, design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, demonstrating thought leadership and a strategic mindset across initiatives.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, admins, business analysts, and consultants to deliver high-quality work. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business leaders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and clarity on technical feasibility and impact.
  • Executive Communication: Regularly present strategic roadmaps, project updates, and performance metrics to senior leadership. Clearly articulate complex technical concepts in a business-friendly manner to influence decision-making at the executive level.
  • DevOps, Governance & Standards: Define and enforce Salesforce development and architectural standards, best practices, and governance models to ensure system integrity, security, and maintainability.
  • Integration: Lead the integration of Salesforce with internal systems and third-party applications using tools like MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Platform Optimization: Implement system performance tuning, data modeling, and sandbox refresh schedules to ensure platform scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Innovation & Strategy: Evaluate new Salesforce features and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends. Provide strategic recommendations on leveraging these innovations to drive competitive advantage and business transformation.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
  • Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom app development.
  • Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations end-to-end.
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flows.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and security model.
  • Experience with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps.
  • Salesforce certifications preferred:
    • Salesforce Certified Application Architect
    • Salesforce Certified System Architect
    • Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II
    • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience managing and mentoring technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

The annual salary for this role is $119,250 - $159,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
