Candidates should also bring expertise in Agentforce / AI-agent frameworks, integration architecture, and delivery of large-scale Salesforce implementations across Sales, Service & Field operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deliver robust Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components, Aura components, APEX classes/triggers, utilizing best practices and optimized code for performance and scalability.

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise settings, including large-scale multi-cloud implementations.

  • Extensive experience with:

    • Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura components

    • APEX programming (classes, triggers, batch/queueable jobs)

    • Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and customization

    • Field Service Lightning implementation (service territories, scheduling/dispatch, mobile field app)

    • Integration frameworks: REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture

    • Modern Salesforce DevOps tools (SFDX, Git, CI/CD pipelines)

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security/sharing model, data modelling, SOQL/SOSL.

  • Proven track record delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions, collaborating across teams, and taking end-to-end ownership of technical delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, Service Cloud Consultant, Field Service Lightning Consultant, Agentforce/Einstein certs.

  • Experience developing and deploying Agentforce or AI-based digital agent solutions.

  • Experience in the insurance, field service or roadside assistance domain.

  • Familiarity with middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) and third-party system integrations (telemetry, dispatch, repair networks).

  • Strong leadership, mentoring capability, and ability to set technical direction and standards.

Skills & Attributes

  • Exceptional problem-solving, debugging and performance-tuning skills in Salesforce contexts (governor limits, bulk processing).

  • Excellent communication, able to articulate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
