Falls Technology is seeking a talented and motivated Salesforce Developer with Health Cloud expertise to join our growing engineering team. This is an opportunity to work on high-visibility healthcare modernization initiatives supporting mission-critical government customers.

As a Salesforce Developer, you will help architect, develop, and enhance enterprise healthcare solutions that improve operational efficiency, patient workflows, and data accessibility. Youll work alongside experienced engineers, architects, and customer stakeholders in a highly collaborative Agile environment where your contributions will have direct impact.

What Youll Do

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions leveraging Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Health Cloud
  • Build scalable workflows, automations, and user-centric applications tailored to healthcare and operational needs
  • Collaborate closely with technical leads, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and modern data exchange patterns
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement sustainable long-term solutions
  • Contribute to platform architecture discussions, system optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation and implementation guides

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Strong experience with:
