Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
o 10+ Years of experience in Salesforce Development with strongs hands on experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
o Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in Experience Cloud (Communities)
o Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows
o Experience with Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) Experience Cloud sites
o Strong understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules)
o Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required)
o Experience in Banking Domain
o Worked on Customer-facing platforms o Understanding and Knowledge of banking products and services
Good to Have:

o Develop custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and flows to support Experience Cloud functionality
o Integrate Experience Cloud with Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other internal systems (e.g., Genesys C Cloud, MuleSoft, Hogan)
o Configure Experience Cloud Analytics to capture member behavior and engagement data
o Implement and manage security controls including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and OWD settings per clients security standards
o Collaborate with the Technical Review Board (TRB) on application design reviews and obtain permit-to-build approvals
o Follow Clients Salesforce Design and Code Review Standards for all development work
o Support AgentForce agent integration within Experience Cloud sites
o Troubleshoot Platform Event triggers, governor limit issues, and data integrity concerns in high-volume scenarios
o Write and maintain unit tests with adequate code coverage
o Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and deployments using CI/CD pipelines
