Requirements:

As a Senior Salesforce Developer you will take a leadership role in driving the design, development, and architecture of our Salesforce ecosystem. This position is critical in ensuring our Salesforce platform is scalable, optimized, and aligned with our business strategies. You will make high-impact technical decisions and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions that support case and payment-dispute workflows at scale.


Salesforce Architecture (as directed):

  • Define and implement robust architectures for Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and scalability requirements.
  • Evaluate and recommend best practices, tools, and strategies for Salesforce development and integration.
  • Lead the design and implementation of complex, multi-system integrations involving Salesforce and other platforms, particularly AWS.

Salesforce Development:

  • Develop advanced Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Flow to meet complex business needs.
  • Build custom applications and enhancements, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.
  • Establish and enforce development standards, including code quality, testing, and deployment practices.

Cloud Integration and Data Management:

  • Implement seamless integrations between Salesforce and other cloud services, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange.

  • Deep proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and advanced Salesforce configuration.

  • Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, using tools like REST APIs and middleware.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to design creative, enterprise-level solutions.

  • Experience in the healthcare industry or working with federal and state government clients.
