Job description

Salesforce Developer
Location: Remote / East Coast Hours Preferred
Rate: $45-$58/hr
About the Role:
A Fortune 500 global hospitality leader is powering its B2B commercial sales operation through a purpose-built Salesforce CRM - one that connects sellers, account hierarchies, and group booking workflows at enterprise scale. The platform sits at the intersection of hospitality, data, and enterprise software, with deep integrations across hospitality-specific middleware and on-property systems.
Brooksource is partnering with this organization to place a Salesforce Developer as the primary programmatic resource on the org. The ideal Salesforce Developer will own all code-level deliverables - from building net-new Lightning Web Components to engineering bulkified Apex solutions across complex multi-object data models. The ideal Salesforce Developer will collaborate directly with a solutions architect and senior manager, gaining visibility into a globally distributed Salesforce environment that supports stakeholders across multiple international regions. This is a two-year contract with potential to convert to a permanent Salesforce Developer role in 2027, making it an excellent opportunity for a mid-level Salesforce Developer ready to grow into a senior-level engineer at enterprise scale.
What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the primary Salesforce Developer responsible for all programmatic deliverables within a globally distributed enterprise Salesforce org
  • Design and build net-new Lightning Web Components (LWC) that surface complex account and sales data in intuitive ways for global sales teams
  • Engineer Apex classes, triggers, and test classes that meet enterprise-grade quality and code coverage standards
  • Write bulkified SOQL queries across multi-object account models, including visualizing seller account hierarchies and sales team distribution segmented by region and segment
  • Collaborate daily with a solutions architect and senior manager; communicate findings and blockers clearly with stakeholders across multiple international regions and time zones
  • Leverage AI coding tools (Cursor access provided) to accelerate delivery without sacrificing quality

What You Bring:
  • Proven hands-on Apex development experience - classes, test classes, and triggers at production quality
  • Strong LWC proficiency; the Salesforce Developer in this role builds net-new components (Aura experience is not required)
  • Expertise writing bulkified SOQL queries across complex, multi-object data models
  • Clear, confident communication skills - the Salesforce Developer must be able to demo work, articulate technical decisions, and hold natural business conversations with global, non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfort operating as an individual contributor, taking full ownership of the development backlog
  • AWS exposure is a plus; third-party integrations are managed externally so deep AWS expertise is not required
  • Bonus: active use of AI coding tools such as Cursor
