Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, modify, integrate, test, deploy and support internal Salesforce applications.
  • Enhance Experience cloud to support external customers
  • Update the DevOps process using in-grown tools and process and assist in identifying efficiencies
  • Update and maintain the test automations suite built using Cucumber/Selenium
  • Deliver projects in Agile methodologies.
  • Support planning activities, such as impact assessments, level of effort analysis and developer task assignments.
  • Integrate microservices with the salesforce platform using APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL), platform events and other integration mechanisms like MuleSoft.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure best practices are being followed.
  • Support production issues when required

Qualifications:
  • 5 plus years' experience in Information Technology.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or other related field or equivalent working experience.
  • 4 plus years of hands-on experience in design, implementation and production support on Salesforce, backend development and API Integration.
  • Solid understanding of salesforce development concepts, including Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning components (Aura/LWC) and salesforce APIs
  • Solid understanding and working knowledge of test automation tools (Cucumber, Selenium, etc.)
  • Prove experience designing, developing and deploying microservices using technologies such as Java, Spring boot etc. or preferably MuleSoft
  • Experience with message queues and event streaming platforms
  • Familiarity with API design principles and best practices
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins and GitLab)
  • Required Salesforce Developer Certifications
  • Leveraging client enabled AI tools to enhance delivery and velocity
  • Demonstrates ability to analytically address complex problems, process critical data, establish facts, and draw quality conclusions.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3 plus years' experience developing in MuleSoft
  • Experience in Python scripting to enhance scripts leveraged to maintain the platform.
