Responsibilities
The Salesforce Developer will develop world-class Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM, engagement, care management, and scheduling requirements. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for developing customized solutions with the Salesforce platform. You will also gather technical requirements, analyze project objectives, create customer workflows, and troubleshoot errors. Role requires experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, Health Cloud, Field Service Lighting, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems. Create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that meet the changing needs of the company. This role will interact directly with stakeholders at all levels, which requires the ability to translate technical information into layman's terms, clearly explaining technical options and their potential impact.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop customized solutions, including designing, coding and implementing applications within the Salesforce platform that align with business needs and priorities
  • Test and monitor the stability and functionality of the application, including troubleshooting and fixing bugs
  • Write documents and provide technical training for Salesforce staff
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the application software
  • Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write/maintain test cases for all custom development
  • Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code
  • Collaborating with the Salesforce Team to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits)

Qualifications
