• Commercial excellence transformation focusing on marketing, sales, CPQ, digital commerce, after sales parts , inventory management, service contracts, field service management, warranty and maintenance processes
• Business transformation for leading manufacturing customers with global scale and complexity and delivering business outcomes
• Salesforce platform certification and core product experience (sales, service, CPQ, experience, Agentforce, manufacturing / automotive cloud)
• Strategic and business-outcome-oriented AI strategy leveraging Agentforce to drive enterprise AI transformation across the commercial value chain in manufacturing organizations. This includes shaping and executing AI strategy across key domains including marketing, sales, customer service, CPQ, aftermarket, and channel/dealer/distributor experience.
• Business transformation expertise, commercial process knowledge, and practical understanding of AI technologies and platforms to help manufacturing clients unlock measurable impact in growth, productivity, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Working with business stakeholders, digital/IT teams, and platform partners to identify high-value AI opportunities, define business cases, prioritize investments, and drive scalable adoption.
• Deep experience in process transformation, strategy development, operating model design, and value realization, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, high-tech, or aftermarket-intensive sectors.

• Advise leading global manufacturing clients (Industrial) on commercial excellence (lead to cash) process consulting, business development and IT product evaluation.
• Work in consulting assignments at various client locations. Own work-streams within a large assignment. Lead consulting assignments.
• Drive process transformation and solution leveraging Salesforce ecosystem Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud / Automotive Cloud, Experience Cloud
• Support practice building through thought leadership, go to market assets, solution accelerators & frameworks.
• AI Strategy (Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud) for Commercial Excellence: Define and lead AI strategy for commercial functions across the customer lifecycle and commercial journeys to identify and prioritize AI use cases aligned to business goals , translate enterprise strategy into a pragmatic AI roadmap, and advise leadership on how to embed AI into commercial operating models, decision-making, and frontline execution.
• Lead discovery workshops with business and digital stake holders to identify, refine, and evaluate AI use cases.
• Business process and process redesign: Redesign business processes to incorporate AI-enabled decision support, automation, recommendations, predictive insights, and agent-assisted workflows.
• Drive process harmonization and cross-functional alignment across front-office and adjacent functions such as supply chain, pricing, product, finance, and field service.
• Build robust business cases for AI initiatives, including value hypotheses, investment requirements, implementation assumptions, risks, and expected ROI.
• Work with enterprise technology and platform teams to align AI strategy with core business platforms and data foundations.
• Partner with senior business leaders across sales, marketing, service, digital, IT, and operations to shape AI agendas and gain sponsorship.
