Job description

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor Salesforce teams, architects, developers, administrators, and technical resources.
  • Define and execute the Salesforce Center of Excellence strategy, roadmap, governance, and operating model.
  • Establish enterprise standards for Salesforce architecture, development, security, integration, data, and platform operations.
  • Provide technical leadership across multi-cloud and/or multi-org Salesforce environments.
  • Ensure Salesforce solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to translate business priorities into Salesforce platform strategy and investment plans.
  • Establish governance processes covering architecture reviews, development standards, release management, security, and platform adoption.
  • Oversee external vendors, partners, Statements of Work (SOWs), budgets, and delivery performance.
  • Monitor platform risks, technical debt, operational performance, and compliance requirements.
  • Define and track KPIs, SLAs, platform health, delivery metrics, and governance effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement, standardization, automation, and adoption of Salesforce best practices.
  • Communicate Salesforce strategy, roadmap, risks, and investment requirements to executive and technical stakeholders.

  • Proven experience leading Salesforce teams and technical resources.
  • Strong experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.
