About the Role:

The Salesforce Architect plays an essential role in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions tailored to the unique needs of the organization. This position directly impacts Salesforce solutions that enhance member engagement, streamline clinical workflows, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams including IT, clinical staff, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical designs. The Salesforce Architect will contribute to the integration of Salesforce with other healthcare systems, ensuring data integrity and interoperability. Ultimately, this role supports innovation and continuous improvement in healthcare delivery through advanced Salesforce technologies.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
  • Proven experience working within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools (e.g. eSignature, APIs).
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards.
  • Relevant experience may substitute for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
