Description:

This is a contract-to-hire role for a Senior Salesforce Developer located on-site in Plano, TX or Bloomfield, CT. The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for developing and implementing Salesforce solutions, customizing and integrating Salesforce applications, performing unit testing, and providing technical expertise and support for Salesforce initiatives. As a Salesforce Sr Engineer, you will be joining the team developing our Salesforce applications.

Working as a member of an agile team, you'll be responsible for developing new features and enhancements, and for supporting existing development for our customized Salesforce solutions.

Engineer must be a highly motivated, well-rounded, team player and self-starter that works best in a collaborative, dynamic, agile environment. Excellent communication skills both written and oral are also essential as this position will interface with remote scrum teams, business owners, enterprise architects, security, infrastructure, and end users via email, phone, IM, desktop sharing, and wiki.

  • Technical Skills: Candidate must be adept in computer languages and have strong technical aptitude. Must have a solid knowledge with common design patterns should seek out opportunities to implement design patterns.
  • Leadership Skills: Candidate is expected to lead by example, exhibiting technical excellence and development of expert level business domain knowledge. Influences technical direction within the ART and across ARTs. Advocates for a shared technical vision, enables others to act to fulfill the vision.   • 6-8 years of Experience in Salesforce Development, Customization, Administration and Integration skills
