CoreWeave is The Essential Cloud for AI™, delivering a platform of technology and tools for innovators. As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will manage and optimize Salesforce systems to enhance operational efficiency and support various business functions.
Responsibilities:
• own the administration, optimization, and scalability of Salesforce and related GTM technologies that support Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations
• partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions
• improve operational efficiency
• drive user adoption
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience supporting enterprise organizations
• Deep expertise with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation tools
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, and sharing models
• Experience supporting complex Sales and Revenue Operations business processes
• Hands-on experience supporting GTM technologies such as Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of Salesforce and Okta integrations, including SSO, provisioning, authentication, and user lifecycle management
• Experience working within SOX-controlled environments
• Experience supporting or participating in M&A system integration initiatives
