Job description

Role: Salesforce developer
 Location: Seattle or Atlanta preferred

Experience on communication cloud

Responsibilities:

  • Work with product owners to design and build solutions across Sales and Communication Cloud solutions.
  • Ensure that solutions provided are delivered on time.
  • Ensure that solutions adhere to best practices and guardrails both functionally and non-functionally.
  • Document solutions to the required standard.
  • Create automated tests for developed solutions.
  • Review own and peers' outputs to identify and flag errors or potential issues.
  • Provide test, release, and in-life developer support.
  • Follow Dev Ops processes for code and release management.
  • Influence the evolution of best practices and guardrails through own personal experience and learning.

Requirements:

  • Experience in working as part of an Agile team.
  • Minimum of 3 years of development experience on Salesforce Sales Cloud covering full software development lifecycle.
  • Minimum 2 years of development experience on the core Salesforce Communications Cloud products covering full software development lifecycle.
  • Experience across these specific Communications Cloud products (EPC, CPQ, OM, ESM).
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working across multiple locations and time zones.
  • Experience working with Experience Cloud.
  • An understanding of and experience using DevOps tooling as part of a large Salesforce Communications Cloud project.
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
  • Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect.
