Qualifications:
o Salesforce Platform Proficiency
§ Minimum 2 years' experience with Salesforce Lightning and/or Classic
interface with intermediate or advanced functonality of Salesforce
§ Understanding of Objects, Fields, Record Types, Page Layouts
§ Familiarity with custom objects and relationships (lookup/master-detail)
o Data Entry and Management
§ Accurate and efficient data input and data cleansing
§ Knowledge of data import/export tools (e.g., Data Loader, Data Import
Wizard)
§ Understanding of data validation rules and duplicate management
o Report and Dashboard Building
§ Ability to create custom reports using Report Builder
§ Experience with dashboards, filters, and summary formulas
§ Understanding of report types (standard vs. custom)
o Excel and Data Tools
§ Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data
formatting)
§ Familiarity with Google Sheets or other spreadsheet tools
