Job description

O'Hagan Meyer is seeking to hire a Marketing Intern to support the firm's marketing and business development efforts through research, CRM management, and website maintenance. This role is ideal for a motivated, detailoriented student or recent graduate interested in legal marketing and professional services. The position is part-time (approximately 15-25 hours per week). Great opportunity for current students looking to work during their fall semester.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct market, client, and competitive research to support marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Maintain and manage the firm's CRM system (Salesforce), including data entry, list management, reporting, and ensuring accuracy and consistency of client and prospect information.
  • Assist with website maintenance, including updating content, proofreading copy, posting news items and events, and coordinating minor edits with internal teams or external vendors.
  • Support the marketing team with data preparation, research summaries, and administrative marketing tasks.
  • Update, format, and maintain PowerPoint presentations and other branded marketing materials to ensure consistency and alignment with firm standards.
  • Assist with tracking and reporting on basic marketing metrics and CRM data as needed.
  • Help organize and maintain marketing files, templates, and databases.
  • Provide general marketing and business development support as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Law, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Comfortable working with data and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus, but not required).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Previous internship or coursework related to marketing, research, data management, or communications preferred, but not required.
