The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce CRM platform. This role works closely with Commercial stakeholders and cross-functional departments to understand business needs and deliver technical solutions that enhance productivity, streamline processes, and maximize the value of Salesforce.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Management & ConfigurationConfigure and maintain user roles, profiles, permissions, page layouts, workflows, and approval processes.Create and manage custom fields, objects, record types, and relationships.Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views that support business decision-making.Manage data integrity through cleansing processes and duplicate record management.Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with best practices and internal standards.Process ImprovementPartner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to identify and implement process improvements within Salesforce.Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications for new projects and enhancements.Develop and optimize automation rules and approval processes to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.Innovation, Automation & AI EnablementDesign AI-powered workflows, automations, and agent interactions that directly support Commercial Sales objectives.Partner with business stakeholders, IT, and Salesforce vendors to implement and scale AI-enabled solutions.Track adoption and performance of deployed tools, translating user feedback and business outcomes into actionable enhancementsStay current on emerging Salesforce capabilities and recommend solutions that advance sales effectiveness and customer experience.System Maintenance & UpgradesMonitor Salesforce releases and evaluate new features for relevance and applicability to the business.Manage system upgrades with minimal disruption to users.Coordinate with Salesforce support to resolve system issues and escalations.Communicate system changes and updates to stakeholders clearly and in a timely manner.User Support & TrainingProvide day-to-day support for Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and respond to questions.Develop and deliver training sessions for new and existing usersCreate and maintain user documentation, manuals, and training materials.Assist with onboarding new users and configuring user accounts.Education and ExperienceBachelor's Degree in IT or a related field.4 or more years of experience working with Salesforce in an analyst or administrator capacity.Capable of managing multiple tasks; demonstrated ability to successfully meet project timelines and goals in a fast paced environment.Salesforce and/or Agentforce Certification required.Strong analytical skills. Ability to assess situations using statistical and qualitative analysis and make recommendations and/or decisions to meet business needs.Ability and willingness to travel as needed.Physical Requirements / Work EnvironmentThe physical demands required to perform the essential responsibilities of this position are as follows.
