Job description

What You'll Do:

The Salesforce Implementation Contractor will support the Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC) implementation for the Wizards Commercial team, working across requirements, testing, training, and documentation to ensure a successful launch. This role requires strong collaboration with Commercial stakeholders and the implementation team throughout the 6-month engagement.

  • Partner with team members across Sales, Operations, and the Wizards Play Network team to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
  • Map Commercial team workflows and processes to Salesforce CGC features.
  • Identify gaps between out-of-box CGC functionality and Commercial business needs; recommend configuration or customization options to address them.
  • Translate validated requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for use by the implementation team.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with Commercial end users, capturing structured feedback and coordinating defect resolution with the technical team.
  • Create supporting training materials such as slide decks, job aids, and quick reference guides tailored to each user audience.
  • Build and maintain a reference document library covering key CGC tasks, including step-by-step process guides, system walkthroughs, and FAQs written for non-technical audiences.
What You'll Bring:
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in a functional analyst, business analyst, or implementation role.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Direct experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud or a comparable Salesforce industry cloud (e.g., Sales Cloud).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business processes into Salesforce functionality and configurations.
  • Experience designing and executing UAT plans and facilitating end-user testing sessions.
  • Strong documentation skills; ability to produce clear, professional reference materials intended for audiences without a technical background.
Additional Details:

Please note that this is a temporary assignment providing services to Wizards through an external staffing agency. If you are selected for this assignment, you will be employed by Workwell as a W2 employee and will not be an employee of Wizards.

Compensation Range, Currency USD:
  • Starting Pay Range: $30/hour
  • Pay Range End: $50/hour
