Job Description

The Salesforce LeadEngineer is the technical architect for the Engagement Layer, designing missionand constituent-facing capabilities on governed Snowflake data, includingService Cloud, Agentforce Voice, and managed release engineering forcontact-center and loan-servicing workflows.

Responsibilities
  • ArchitectService Cloud and Agentforce Voice solutions for client's contact-center andloan-servicing workflows.
  • Ownrelease engineering and environment management for the Salesforce engagementlayer.
  • Directand review the work of the Salesforce Engineer, ensuring designs align with thegoverned Snowflake data foundation.
  • Supportthe Contact Center Intelligence use case: IVR and telephony data flowingthrough Service Cloud and Agentforce into Snowflake and Tableau.
  • Participatein sprint planning and reviews, reporting progress on Task 5 deliverables tothe Engagement Lead and PM.
  • Beavailable to support client interviews and technical discussions as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.
  • SalesforceCertified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architectcredential required.
  • Hands-onexperience with Service Cloud and Agentforce (or comparable AI-enabled serviceautomation).
  • Experienceintegrating Salesforce with external data platforms such as Snowflake viaMuleSoft.
