What is a Salesforce Automation Engineer?

Salesforce Automation Engineers are professionals who design, develop, and implement automated solutions within the Salesforce platform. Their main goal is to streamline and optimize business processes using Salesforce tools such as Flow, Process Builder, Apex, and other automation features. They work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, create technical solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other systems. These engineers are also responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining automation workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
