Position Summary

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for administering, configuring, and enhancing the Salesforce platform to support business objectives across multiple Salesforce Clouds. This role partners with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, developers, and end users to design and deliver scalable solutions, improve business processes, and drive adoption of Salesforce best practices throughout the application lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support the Salesforce platform across multiple Salesforce Clouds. 
  • Configure and maintain users, security, permissions, and platform settings. 
  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and platform best practices. 
  • Build and maintain business automation using Salesforce Flow and related platform capabilities. 
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. 
  • Support system integrations with ERP, eCommerce, marketing, and other enterprise applications. 
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making. 
  • Promote data quality, governance, and platform adoption. 
  • Participate in testing, release management, and production support. 
  • Evaluate new Salesforce features, AI capabilities, and platform enhancements for business value. 
  • Create user documentation and provide end-user training and support. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of Salesforce administration, configuration, or platform support experience.
  • Active Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent.

Preferred

  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications.
