SCOPE OF SERVICES:
Responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and supporting existing Salesforce platform customizations and integrations, as well as designing and delivering new solutions to meet evolving business needs. This role requires gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying process gaps and pain points, and translating them into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical expertise, sound architectural judgment, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong experience designing and implementing solutions on the Salesforce Platform, Service Cloud, Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (with emphasis on Licensing, Permitting, and Inspections (LPI))
  • Experience working within Salesforce Government Cloud environments
  • Deep understanding/expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise integration patterns
  • Advanced experience with Service Cloud and Salesforce Platform
  • Expertise in Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Git-based version control
  • Strong background in data migration, large data volume (LDV) strategy, and performance optimization
  • Proficiency with automation tools (Flow, Workflow, Process Builder), ensuring scalable, maintainable solutions
  • Experience with ETL/middleware tools and secure API integrations
  • Strong command of Salesforce security architecture, including role hierarchy, sharing rules, and compliance frameworks.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS & CORE COMPETENCIES:
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce design, development, and maintenance across the full software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, technical design, and implementation. Responsibilities may include developing new Salesforce applications and customizations, enhancing existing solutions, conducting testing, building prototypes, and preparing technical documentation and user manuals related to Salesforce application development.
Technical Expertise
  • Emphasis on candidates with strong, hands-on experience across the Salesforce Stack. 
  • Must meet the technical expectations for this role, with hands-on experience across the Salesforce stack, including Apex, LWC, integration patterns (REST/SOAP), and end-to-end solution design and implementation.
  • Must have hands-on technical depth within the Salesforce ecosystem (Apex, LWC, integrations), real-world problem-solving, and the ability to independently design and implement scalable solutions
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience, including complex public sector implementations
