Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and global teams to deliver high-quality CRM capabilities that support sales, service, and operational processes.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about building robust enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools like Lightning flow creation
  • Customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements while ensuring scalability and maintainability
  • Collaborate with business analysts, Salesforce Administrators, and global stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical designs
  • Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and platform events
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce governor limits, security best practices, and performance standards
  • Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, and ensure high test coverage and code quality
  • Support production releases, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing enhancements
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous platform improvements
  • Stay updated with Salesforce seasonal releases and recommend feature adoption

Required Qualifications

  • 10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce lightning Flows
  • Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Field Service Lightning
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, user access, and governor limits
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD processes
  • Coding skill using Salesforce recommended IDE like VSCode
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with global teams and overlapping US time zones
  • Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I, Administrator, or JavaScript Developer I

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins

Compensation
